Annotation -
The course is focused on the principles and advanced applications of modern isolation and separation techniques including representative detection methods. Methods are discussed with regard to practical aspects and problems that are normally encountered. Framework of studied methods: isolation methods in gaseous, liquid, supercritical and solid phase; gas and liquid chromatography, including conventional detectors; mass spectrometry.
