The course provides information about the file and the nature of the external characteristic parameters of universal measuring instrument for measuring the basic electrical values (voltage, current and resistance). It helps students with better orientation when choosing the appropriate device appropriate for its quality and nature of the needs of a particular experiment with regard to the "reasonable" compromise between quality and price. It is enhanced by the ability to find experimental solution with sufficient accuracy and speed (productivity) and reasonable price. Attention is also given to a system solution with minimal gross systematic errors, problems of adverse interactions device and the measured object, or other devices. Special attention is given to experimental difficulties of construction sites to minimize the risk of penetration of parasitic signals into the measurement circuit and the students are familiar with the practices and commercially available technical resources that facilitate optimal solution (principals and technical posibilities of coaxial and triaxial interconnections are included).

Credit: A student has an active participation in laboratory exercises organized by problem-oriented strategy employed aimed at the device selection and specific application of theoretical knowledge game that has just been presented. Students are according to a predetermined exposed to specific tasks towards the realization of simple experiments, where the emphasis is on the final accuracy of the measured quantities and are also targeted simulated gross experimental errors. Exam: The test is oral with written preparation, where during the approximately hour talk show student an overview of the issue of lectures and laboratory instruction and reasoning ability simple context. Students will be able to: 1. Perform targeted assessment of the quality of instruments for measuring basic electrical quantities with respect to their parameters and achieve the required accuracy. 2. Select measuring instrument with the required accuracy and productivity experiments, particularly those based on measurements of voltage, current and resistance. 3. Minimize methodological errors of measurement resulting from the interaction of the device with a pattern or interaction devices to each other and appreciate the practical impact of typical methodological errors in konkétních applications. 4. Diagnose or at least estimate the origin of random disturbances and minimize their impact especially optimal interconnection technology, shielding and grounding 5. General design principles of measurement systems including basic management and evaluation of a computer Last update: TAJ126 (28.11.2013)
