The subject is concentrated primarily on the basic topics of the general didactics of chemistry and on the application of didactic principles in the teaching of chemical subjects. Heightened attention is paid to the issues of school chemical experiments.

Students will be able to: aplply the general didactic principles in teaching chemistry, work out the preparation for chemistry lesson and realize it in teaching at high schools, prepare and realize a school chemistry experiment (demonsration and/or pupil's) in particular from the point of view of safety and efficiency.
