The course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive overview of the methods, forms, means and objectives of teaching chemistry. Attention is paid to their own observations and experiments. Students are presented to modern educational theory and practice, are acquainted with modern technologies and their use in education. Last but not least, the content of the course is the problem of curricular documents and the position of the chemistry in them.
