The course is divided into two parts: 1. The proposal of the project in the field of laboratory work - the specification and evaluation of parameters of analytical procedures, economical balance; 2. The elaboration of the project focused on the overall balance of the practical realization of specific analytical procedures - students are provided with the corresponding project templates.

2. Overview of materials, tools, equipments and instruments used in analytical methods

3. Methodologies of the optimization of analytical methods and procedures

4. Selection and optimization of the isolation of the monitored compounds

5. Selection and optimization of purification / concentration of obtained isolates

6. Selection and optimization of the instrumental analysis
