Annotation -
The lectures are focused on separation techniques. Both historically older techniques such as destilation and extraction and modern methods, for example high performance liquid chromatography, capillary electrophoresis, mass spectrometry are presented. Besides well known techniques less common methods that have great separation potencial are also discussed.

Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

be well informed about separation methods

solve problems of real samples separations

evaluate and interpret data obtained by separation analysis.
