Management of Enterprise Processes is about basic managerial activities. In our interpretation there are not only Planning, Organizing, Staffing and Controlling, but also Marketing, Management of Production, Basic Logistics and Human Resources Management.

Aim of the course

Students will be able to:

Understand, that management is a complex process consists of partial functions

Rationally choose from several alternative solutions

Describe the main aspects of selected areas of management
