Learning outcomes -

Upon completing the course, the student will be able to explain the principles of antigen–antibody interactions and describe the major immunochemical methods (ELISA, immunochromatographic test, immunoblot, and immunohistochemistry). The student will be able to independently perform basic immunochemical techniques and correctly process and interpret the obtained data. They will be able to identify possible sources of measurement errors and propose ways to minimize them. Furthermore, the student will be able to present the results of their individual and team laboratory work.
