Annotation -
Students will acquire practical skills through completing laboratory tasks on topics listed in the syllabus. The tasks cover a wide range of types of analyzed materials, determined parameters, and instrumentation. Students will become familiar with the cross-sectional issues of the given area, from the preparation and processing of matrices, the use of instrumental techniques, to the evaluation and interpretation of data.

Teaching methods -

Students are required to familiarize themselves with the instructions for the assignments in advance, and before the work they take an entrance test focused on the principles of methods, balance calculations, etc.

Furthermore, they are introduced to the specific experimental layout and instructed in how to operate the analyzers and instruments used.

They carry out the assigned work and obtain experimental data.

Subsequently, they evaluate the data and process the protocol.
