Learning outcomes -

After completing the course, the student will be able to explain the principles of innovation management, understand the link between innovation and competitiveness, identify key types and trends of innovation, describe innovation support mechanisms, innovation strategy and process management, assess innovations from managerial and economic perspectives, apply selected methods and techniques for innovation management, understand change management and intellectual property protection, and evaluate the role of knowledge management and intrapreneurship in organizational innovation performance.
