Annotation -
The essential part and scope of study is relation of microorganisms to theirs environment, usage of these dependencies and knowledge in technologies (water treatment and waste water treatment), application of organisms in technologies, mainly in ecological and biological evaluation of biotopes. Specification and characterization of organisms presented in surface waters, treated and untreated waters, buckles, sludge, deposits and biofilms. Eutrophication and presence of toxins, samples of surveys and removing the toxins. Toxicology, tests and usage in practice. Bio-indicators and ecological evaluation in running and standing waters. Methods of sampling, determination (cultivation, microscopy, molecular biology etc.), indication of microorganisms, lab-practice and legislation.
