The course is focused on Investment decision-making process with accent to circular economy project initialisation, preparation and implementation. Detailed approach to Project phases will be applied with demonstration of practical cases: scouting study, opportunity study, feasibility study, basic design and detailed engineering design. Particular attention will be paid to the assessment of project economics demonstrating selected business cases.
