Second part:
3. Managerial functions - Decision-making. Planning.
4. Managerial functions – Organizing, Implementation.
5. Managerial functions – Leadership, Human resources management.
6. Managerial functions – Monitoring and Checking
7. Contemporary trends and their influence on management (influence of digitization, sustainable management,…).
