Laboratories are carried out by students at the Department of Inorganic Chemistry where they have been registered for the bachelor's thesis. From the work offered, the student will do eight to twelve(selection takes into account the difficulty) laboratory work that must be completed during the semester. The works will be selected from the following menu: Task 1. Measurement of physical properties of thermoelectric materials based on mixed cobalt oxides Task 2. Determination of Relative Enthalpies by Injection Calorimetry (DROP) Task 3. Preparation of Bi-2212 or Y-123 Superconducting Phases Task 4. Measurement of the refractive index value of inorganic materials, preparation and characterization of the planar optical waveguide Task 5. Study of nanopowder preparation and decomposition of hazardous volatile substances from industrial vapors by Glid-Arc technology Task 6. Measurement of spinel MgFe2O4 particles size prepared by coprecipitation Task 7. Measurement of Luminescence and Absorption of Optically Active Materials: Preparation and Characterization of Optically Active Material Task 8 Casting and processing of PVC paste and light stability of pigmented samples of softened PVC Task 9. Quantum dots and their luminescence properties Task 10. Methodology for evaluation of titanium white photoactivities Task 11. Monitoring the interaction of Co (II), Ni (II) and Cu (II) ions with different ligands using UV-Vis spectroscopy Task 12. Identification of superconducting transition and evaluation of the critical current density of mixed copper oxide Task 13 Raman Spectroscopy Task 14. X-ray diffraction analysis Last update: Nekvindová Pavla (16.02.2018)
