Annotation -
The subject is aimed for the fundamentals of petroleum, coal and biomass processing and for characterization of fuels, which are produced from these raw materials. Students get information about the properties, safety and environmental impact of fuels during their production, distribution and combustion. A part of the subject is also focused on gas cleaning technologies for stationary and mobile pollution sources.
