2. Information system architectures

3. Basic types of software application for information systems and possibilities of acquiring information system.

4. Behavioral methods of business process description and text description of business processes.

5. Basics of business process modeling using Business Process model and Notation (BPMN).

6. Business process effectivity measurement.

7. Description of functional requirements on software application using basics elements of Use Case diagram from Unified Modeling Language (UML) and basic description of scenarios (use cases).
