The course deals with human resource management in terms of its concepts, models, strategies, and practices. It focuses on contradictory and discussed trends that go-ahead to sustainable business development and affect working life quality. It focuses on current knowledge and predictions that can anticipate managing people and leadership in different types of organizations and working conditions.

Course requirements:

To prepare a seminar work on a pre-arranged topic. The extent of a presentation is max. 15 slides. The work is discussed at a round table and following a debate. Part of the discussion is answering a question that randomly chooses from 14 topics in the syllabus. The discussion is in front of a panel of two evaluators: a course guarantor and a business representative.
