The course is aimed at deepening of natural and material knowledge and laboratory skills and the ability to interconnect the information obtained in individual subjects. According to the submitted assignments, the student carries out the laboratory work and draws up a report on the laboratory work.

Předmět je zakončen klasifikovaným zápočtem. Zápočet z laboratoří je možné získat pouze v případě, pokud student úspěšně absolvuje všechny práce, tzn. projde vstupním testem (zkoušením), absolvuje vlastní experimentální práci a včas odevzdá protokol ze všech prací. Pro získání zápočtu nesmí být žádná práce ani její část hodnocená stupněm F. Zápočty zapisuje koordinátor laboratorních prací.
