Students will be acquainted with properties of electronic components (resistor, capacitor, inductor, diode, transistor, diac, tyristor, triac, IGBT, transil, trisil) and their usage in electronic circuits. Also we will go through Circuits for stabilisation of current and voltage (both linear and switching) and galvanic power supplies. From integrated circuits we will focus on the operational amplifier, voltage references. Digital circuits will be the next part of content of this course; from gate by counters and registers to the microcontrolers. Also electrical distribution net and motors, generators and transformators will be discussed.
Aim of the course -

The students will be able to:

• Read circuit diagram and understand its inner working

• Principles and properties of electronic components, properties and application abilities of operational amplifier and the principle of digital circuits

• Technology of realization of electronic circuits

• Bases of power circuits
