The course introduces students to modern methods of analysis of multicomponent hydrocarbon mixtures using the effective chromatographic separation methods as well as spectrometric methods (UV / VIS, FTIR, MS, NMR). Students will be introduced with examples of analysis of real hydrocarbon fractions and products as well as samples of the contaminated environment.
Aim of the course -
Last update: Pospíšil Milan prof. Ing. CSc. (08.11.2015)

Students will gain an overview of the instrumental analytical equipment and suitable combinations of the methods for pretreatment and simplification of samples before final analysis, not least as the modalities for interpretation of experimental data.

Syllabus -
