The aim of the course is to understand the obligations of companies in the field of corporate ecology and their practical fulfillment. The lectures are structured according to individual fields (air protection, water management, waste management and packaging, chemical substances and prevention of major accidents, environmental impact assessment, labor hygiene, etc.). The course introduces environmental law and practice and legal register development process. Within each field, the obligations arising from the legislation, demonstrations of the management of mandatory operating records and reporting are discussed. The course also includes the presentation of economic instruments used in the field of environmental protection and issues of the concept of sustainable development.

• Environmental law and practice. ISO 14001 and Environmental Management Systems.

• Approaches in Implementing and Enforcing Environmental Policy and Law and Documentation.

• Economic instruments used in the field of environmental protection and issues of the concept of sustainable development.
