The overall objective of the course is to provide students background of current state of the art in the field of technologies enabling to obtain valuable components from significant types of waste including their critical evaluation. With the current switch-over from the linear production economy towards the circular economy becomes urban mining a strongly developing area with a range of structural changes.
Aim of the course -
Last update: Březina Milan Ing. CSc. (22.01.2018)

A student who has met the objectives of the course will gain knowledge on:

  • Available technologies for obtaining valuable components from individual types of waste, including their critical assessment.
  • The most important types of waste and relevant processing technologies with their weaknesses
