Annotation -
The subject is focused on proteomics as a modern way of study of complex biological systems. The subject goal is to guide students from the design of an experiment through acquisition of the proteomic data to biological interpretation. Lectures on the structural proteomics and application lectures from fields where the proteomics is used are also included.

  • identify and quantify proteins using mass spectrometric data
  • mine the acquired data for biological knowledge
