The goal is to individually theoretically solve a project in the food technology area. The students write a scientific text, prepare a presentation, discuss and defend the results of the project.

Search for information on food database and to work with a professional foreign language text.

Write a structured professional text on a given topic.

Defend the project during the presentation of the results and suggest other possible solutions of the project.
