2. Extrusion - operation principle of single and twin screw extruders.

3. Design of extrusion dies, extrusion lines.

4. Calendering - calenders, calendering lines.

5. Compression and transfer moulding, presses.

6. Injection moulding - machines, effect of process parameters on product quality.

7. Modification of injection moulding process

8. Moulds - basic design rules. Rules of plastics part design.

9. Thermoforming, cold forming.

10. Bottles and hollow parts production.

11. Dip molding, casting, coating, adhesive bonding, painting.

12. RIM, fibre spinning, laminates production, plastic and rubber foam production.

13. Welding, stamping, printing, surface treatment.
