The course is designed for application of analytical methods in analysis of environment. The course gives information and practical experience with advantageous standartized and experimental methods of gases, liquides and solid phases. Including methods are titration, potentiometry, spectroscopy, chromathography, gravimetry, e.g.

The students will be able to resolve the problem by standardized methods and by experimental methods, applicate methods of good laboratory practise, prepare of analytical reprt,correlate technological and analytical informations.

1. Samplig, conservation of samples, calibration of instruments,sampling documentation, combination of analytical methods

2. Sample modification, determination of dry matter, extraction, absorpition, adsorption, mineralization
