Students will be able to: Independently conduct and properly record particular experiment. Isolate specific DNA molecules from cells and conduct their analysis through restriction digestion and nucleotide sequencing. Conduct and interpret basic of electrophoretic DNA and protein analyses. Understand the importance specific working procedures in molecular biology laboratory and will be knowledgeable in options allowing optimizing selected parameters of the experiments introduced during the course. |
