This course is focused on understanding the principles of modern operating procedures and bioanalytical methods that are used in the analysis of complex biological samples for the determination of various analytes in biological matrix. The basis of this subject is to introduce the student with modern instrumental analytical methods for isolation, identification and determination of biologically important compounds.

Předmět je zaměřen na pochopení principů moderních operačních postupů a bioanalytických metod, které se využívají při analýze komplexních biologických vzorků, při stanovení jednotlivých analytů v biologické matrici. Základem je seznámení studenta s moderními instrumentálními analytickými metodami pro izolaci, identifikaci a stanovení biologicky významných látek.

Absolventi studia rozšíří a získají nové interdisciplinární znalosti v oblasti analytické, bioanalýtické chemie, což jim umožní lépe se orientovat ve světě moderní chemie a najít uplatnění jak v rutinních bioanalytických laboratořích, tak v nejrůznějších oborech vědecko-výzkumné činnosti.
