We will deal with the fine chemicals aimed at consumers. Fine chemicals are pharmaceuticals, pesticides, fragrances, surfactants, colorants, and other products. We will discuss important conditions for industrial syntheses co chosen compounds, basic structures and mechanisms of the action, and also the ecological aspects of the production of different fine chemicals groups.
Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

describe the chemistry application in different products

understand the basic principles of effects of fine chemicals and the basic of syntheses

describe the basics of the industrial production and the use of the fine chemical categories

define the difference between the industrial production of fine and basic chemicals
