The condition for successful completion of the course is the elaboration of a work that will take the form of an article in order to make a theoretical basis with current issues, or systematic literature or analysis in a specific area.

3. The emergence of social innovations - typical mechanisms of social value creation

4. Social problems as an opportunity - global and local dimensions, place-based issues

5. Political, economic, social and ecological aspects of social innovations

6. Co-production, co-creation and partnership in a democratic system

7. Typical mechanisms of social value creation

8. Social entrepreneurship - forms, differences from other business

9. Corporate social responsibility - theoretic background, business ethics contextualization, governance and reputation

10. The relationship between the CSR and the firm's performance – firm's long-term economic stability and performance, reputation and value maintenance, relation to the other firms' functions

11. The CSR management and certification - the system and models of the CSR management, integration, the CSR strategy, communication of the CSR, methods of measuring and benchmarking of the CSR projects, quality management in the CSR areas through the certification as ISO or EMAS. Reporting a standards of reporting.
