Exercise is focused on improving of individual (personal) skills in the basic methods of the light and fluorescent microscopy. Students will learn about good laboratory practice and organization of biological experiments. Students will discover microscopic structures of plant and animal cells, several important cellular processes.
Aim of the course
Last update: KNEJZLIZ (13.11.2012)

Student will have skills in the understanding of the light microscopy techniques and in orientation in the basic parameters of microscopes. Students will be to able to make of biological preparate, microscopically analyze them and make correct observation outputs. They will have deeper understating of plant and animal cellular structure, tissues and principles of heredity.
