    • Maturitní vysvědčení nahrajte k přihlášce do 17. 6. 2026. Pro distanční zápis musí být maturitní vysvědčení v konvertované podobě. 
    • 17. 6. 2026 - 24. 6. 2026 zpracování výsledků Přijímacího řízení - v té době již nemusíte vidět předběžné výsledky.
    • Rozhodnutí o výsledku přijímacího řízení obdržíte elektronicky v systému SIS od 24. 6. 2026.
    • Odvolání proti nepřijetí ke studiu lze podat až po doručení Rozhodnutí o nepřijetí, které obdržíte elektronicky v systému SIS.

    Language and professional training for study at the Institute of Economics and Management is intended for foreign applicants to study accredited bachelor's or master's programmes at the Institute of Economics and Management and other Czech universities who need to acquire and consolidate language knowledge and skills, gain communicative competence and orientation in the basic terminology of their future programme.

    This is a professional and linguistic preparation for studying an accredited study programme of a university, organised by the VŠCHT Prague as a public university within the meaning of Section 64 (b) of Act No. 326/1999 Coll., on the residence of foreigners in the Czech Republic.

    Teaching is organised in two semesters. It starts with the acquisition of basic language competences. In the second semester, specialist thematic blocks, presentations and project teaching are included to methodically prepare for mastering university studies.
    The programme may also include English language consolidation and other professional subjects at the choice of the participants.
    The main objective is to prepare students
    - for the Czech language exam at the B2 level (SERR), which is required by most Czech universities, and for selected fields of study for the exam at the C1 level;
    - and for university entrance exams.

    Odborná a jazyková příprava ke studiu akreditovaných studijních programů
    September - May (or October - June)
    16 - 24 hours per week; 4 - 5 days per week
    English language level of at least A2 SERR;
    completion of a motivation questionnaire;
    knowledge of the Latin alphabet in words and writing;
    applying through the course sponsor
    Valid travel insurance of the course participant; valid liability insurance of the course participant;
    Signing of compliance with work safety and PC network usage rules;
    Signing and adhering to the Student Rules and Rules of Social Conduct;
    Attendance of 80% in each month of study;
    Fulfillment of study obligations - continuous tests, homework, independent/group project work.
