    This course offers a series of e-learning lessons and seminars for current and future project managers. The aim of the course is to support the training of experts for the management of innovation activities of companies in accordance with the requirements of the National Qualifications System. The course will focus on facilitating a deeper understanding of the project management process; especially on the development of knowledge, skills and competences in the field of preparation, planning, implementation and completion of projects. The course can be successfully finished without the need to acquire further/additional certification.
    "Upon completion course participants will be able to apply a more systematic project-oriented approach and thus achieve better results in work activities. They will acquire knowledge in the following areas:
    - Active knowledge of the principles of how to manage each phase of the project life cycle in order to maintain full control of each project step. They will know when toappropriately to use project management.
    - Verification of planning and project creation procedures, including time plans, resource allocation and budget creation; identification of key project milestones.
    - In the area of legality of the project team, the course will address formation and communication within a team. The legal establishment of a project team and communication within it.
    - Learn to eliminate project risks and problems.
    Professional skills:
    - With new experience, upon successful completion of the course, participants will be able to manage projects more efficiently and continuously improve in all activities that project managers perform.
    - They will better solve problems related to projects, choose priorities, and make decisions correctly.
    - They will be able to manage project work more efficiently. They will efficiently handle all key activities such as project discussion, time management, including technical support for project planning. They will master the tools of resource, cost and project team management.
    - Not only their technical, but also their soft skills will improve."

    Completion of secondary education (matriculation, school-leaving certificate or final examination).
    Physical presence not required (e-book; online activities), face-to-face meetings designed to solve case studies and conduct interactive exercises (via MSTeams).
