The subject Food Process Quality Control introduces survey of methods applied in the control of food production processes, in the quality control of raw materials and food products. Taught disciplines cover topics of the Department of Saccharides and Cereals, the Department of Dairy, Fat and Cosmetic Science and the Department of Food Preservation.
