The course is focused on the financial and economic part of the public sector - economic administration, state budget, tax system of the Czech Republic, budgetary determination of taxes, budgets of regions and, cities, public procurements, PPP and EPC projects. It also includes an introduction to the European Union's financial instruments for development.

11) Public support, legislative framework, forms of public support, integrated investment platforms, specifics of selected public sectors

13) EU economic policy and economic governance - EU budget and its creation, system and process of distribution of funds to Member States and regions through programs and funds, structural funds

14) Project management of EU funds - European structural and investment funds, the role of EU structural policy, institutional and program organization in the Czech Republic, knowledge of the project cycle, preparation of applications, feasibility studies, case studies
