Annotation -
The applications of methods used for water and wastewater analysis in laboratory are discussed in this course. The choice of methods is based on routine analytical practice. Students become acquainted with steps of analytical procedures, interferences, methods of sample pre-treatment, calculations and interpretation of results.

Students will be able to:

apply the basic analytical methods for water analysis,

use basic criteria for selecting appropriate analytical method,

statistically evaluate data, use graphic tools for creating reports.
