Vysvětlit základy elektronové a fotonové optiky, čočky, vady čoček, interakce elektronu s pevnou látkou, principy technik pro přípravu vzorku - naprašování a napařování, principy automatizované obrazové analýzy.
Připravit vzorek na skenovací elektronovou mikroskopii, transmisní elektronovou mikroskopii.
Ovládat optický a skenovací elektronový mikroskop. |
