Annotation -
Students are introduced to the general basics of project management, which are applicable in all industries and for all types of projects. In addition to standard project management topics, students will gain practical experience and knowledge in the field of teamwork. The course describes the phases of project management: pre-project, project, implementation and post-project phases. Attention is paid to team dynamics and agile approaches.
