Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to:

• define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria;

• develop a project plan including activities, schedule, resources, costs, and responsibilities;

• identify, assess, and manage project risks and stakeholders;

• select and apply appropriate project management methods and tools according to the type and context of the project;

• monitor project progress, evaluate deviations, and propose appropriate corrective actions;

• work effectively in a project team, communicate with relevant stakeholders, and take responsibility for assigned tasks and decisions;

• critically evaluate project results and lessons learned;

• independently manage a smaller project or contribute effectively to the management of a more complex project.

Ability to independently study professional and academic materials in English (active and passive knowledge of English), at a level corresponding to that verified during the admission process to the Master’s degree programme.
