The subject is focused on technologies of drug formulation. Particular dosage forms are presented from two different points of views: the physico-chemical one and the organism-drug interactions one. Among others, issues concerning selection of appropriate excipients, drug formulation, quality and stability of dosage forms are discussed. Novel dosage forms of higher generations are also presented.
