Annotation -
The goal is to individually theoretically solve a project in the food technology area. The students write a scientific text, prepare a presentation, discuss and defend the results of the project.

Aim of the course -

Students will be able to:

Search for information on food database and to work with a professional foreign language text.

Write a structured professional text on a given topic.

Defend the project during the presentation of the results and suggest other possible solutions of the project.

1.Introduction, organizational issues, assignment individual projects.

2.Acquaintance students with different source databases and other ways of obtaining data in search of food materials in libraries.

3.-9.Solution to the project and consultation with the head of the project.

10.-12.Prepare a report of the present project.

13.Preparation of project presentation.

14.Presentation and defense of the project results.
