The course is focused on i) acquiring of knowledge and skills in the discipline, ii) detailed description of antigen, hapten and all significant isotypes of antibodies, iii) utilization of antibodies for isolation and preparation of pure preparations, iv) utilization of antibodies in food and clinical testing and environmental monitoring, v) mastering the procedures of various immunochemical assays.
