Annotation -
The course deals with the basics of human resources. It includes an explanation of the basic approaches, concepts and relationships they use managers and human resources in the performance of their duties. It is an explanation of human resource management models and their application in the performance of personnel processes / activities. It is about personnel planning, recruitment, selection and orientation of employees, performance management, work organization and working conditions, remuneration and benefits, corporate education and development, career management.
