Annotation -
The subject of the Management of Enterprise Processes course are the basic activities that most managers need to perform in the profesional life. We believe that even those who do not aspire to managerial posts will find enough interesting and important information not only for their successful work career. Attention is paid to basic managerial functions, but also to a systematic approach to problem-solving and to selected aspects of purchasing, production, marketing and distribution management as well as environmental and personnel management aspects.

Students will be able to:

Understand that management is a complex process consisting of partial functions

Rationally choose from several alternative solutions

Describe the main aspects of selected areas of management

Course completion requirements

Credit will be given to all students who get at least 55% of the maximum number of points in the credit test. Credit obtained in a semester also applies in the one next semester.

The credit test is written in the credit (14th) week of the semester. Everyone has possibility to write it just once in regular and once in correction term. The offer of dates will be published in the student information system.

The exam consists of a written (test) and an oral part, which only the students who pass the exam test. If the oral exam is unsuccessful, the student must repeat the written part of the exam.

Unsuccessful completion of the exam is also assessed absence from the enrolled term without proper excuse.
