    • 17.6.2024 - 24.6.2024 zpracování výsledků Přijímacího řízení - v té době již nemusíte vidět předběžné výsledky.
    • Rozhodnutí o výsledku přijímacího řízení bude rozesíláno od 24.6.2024.
    • Odvolání proti nepřijetí ke studiu lze podat až po doručení Rozhodnutí o nepřijetí (obdržíte písemně koncem června 2024).

    A series of lectures and practical demonstrations dedicated to metrology in food production and distribution. The course is intended for persons who are responsible for metrology, measurement, verification and evaluation of quantities that are important for the health safety and quality of food and dishes. The course serves to acquire and expand knowledge in the field of metrology, measurement of important quantities.

    Comparison of gauge calibration and verification. Metrological records, marking of gauges and calibration periods
    Evaluation of the results of calibration sheets. Questions and discussions.

    Requirements of GFSI standards (IFS, BRC, FSSC 22000) for measuring and monitoring equipment, requirements for registration and verification of meters. Questions and discussions

    1:30 p.m. – 3:00 p.m
    Practical examples of measurement and evaluation of quantities. Evaluation of thermal interventions in the production of food and dishes. Questions and discussions"
