1. Úvod: historie, milníky, definice a koncepty supramolekulární chemie, host-guest chemie, interakce léku se substrátem, molekulární rozpoznávání.
2. Supermolekuly: charakteristiky molekulových komplexů, definice vazebných konstant, vazebná energie; thermodynamika komplexace, Gibbsova a Hemholtzova energie, aktivační energie a objem; kooperativní efekt, afinita, selektivita, enthalpy-entropy kompenzace, solvofobní efekt, "close packing".
3. Intermolekulární interakce: fyzikální pohled na intermolekulární interakce; ion-ion (Coulomb), ion-dipól/multipól, dipól-dipól (Keesom), multipól, indukované dipóly a jejich interakce s ionty (Debye), dipól a indukovaný dipól (London); van der Waals interakce.
4. Vodíkové vazby: definice a charakteristiky klasické (proper, conventional) vodíkové vazby; "red shift", "blue shift" a "no-shift" vodíkové vazby; neklasické vodíkové vazby, inverzní vodíková vazba, divodíková vazba; příklady využití vodíkových vazeb, a příklady z živých organismů.
5. Halogenové vazby: definice a charakteristiky halogenových vazeb chloro-, bromo- a iodosloučenin; příklady halogenové vazby v krystalovém inženýrství, komplexy léčivo-enzym, anestetický efekt; vztah k vodíkovým vazbám; speciální interakce fluorovaných látek.
6. Vazby aromátů: definice a charakteristiky vazeb aromatických částí molekul; face-to-face (π-π) interakce, "parallel displacement" a "sandwich"; face-to-edge (CH-π) interakce, T- a Y-interakce; úlohy v biologických systémech; molekulární pinzety.
7. Kationty: přehled funkčních skupin a molekul pro vazbu kationtů, ionofory; kooperativní efekt, chelátový efekt, templátový efekt, pre-organizace, komplementarita; komplexony, crownethers, cryptands, sferands, atd.; antibiotika, nemoci spojené s kationty.
8. Anionty a neutrální molekuly: přehled funkčních skupin a molekul pro vazbu aniontů a neutrálních molekul, catapinands, clathrates.
10. Supramolekulární technologies: sebeskladba, umělé enzymy, molekulární stroje a zařízení, moleculární reaktory a nádoby, atd.; vztah k nanotechnologii.

4. Hydrogen bonds: definition and characteristics of classical (proper, conventional) hydrogen bond; red shift, blue shift and no-shift hydrogen bonds; non-classical hydrogen bonds, inverse hydrogen bond, dihydrogen bond; example of hydrogen bonds utilizations and examples from living organisms.
