Lectures are focused on selected analytical methods used in pharmaceutical industry. Solid state techniques, polymorphism, solvatomorphism, mixtures, etc. are accented.
Aim of the course -

The students will be able to:

be oriented in basic crystallography and in selected analytical techniques;

choose optimal method to analyse API's or related impurities, considering the nature od the compounds either crystalline obr amorphous, polymorph transformations, co-crystals, mixtures, etc.;

analyse relative and absolute configuration.
