Students will be able to: know basic therapeutic groups of drugs, the most frequent pharmacophores in these groups as well as their modes of action search in chemical and pharmaceutical databases and in chemical and pharmaceitical literature and find pharmacological data as well as data on syntheses of generic substances and substances in phase III of clinical trials evaluate critically data obtained from chemical and pharmaceutical literature and utilize them in design of generic substance synthesis |
