Annotation -
The course focuses on understanding the principles of purification techniques for the isolation of biomolecules. The aim is to teach students how to design a proper procedure for the purification of biomolecules target and characterize it. This knowledge can be used in many fields.

Understand the principles of membrane, chromatographic, electrophoretic techniques, and immunoaffinity methods.

Propose a procedure to optimize protein purification.
