The course follows the course Analytical chemistry A and it continues in lectures and seminars focused on fundamental concepts of instrumental analysis. Special attention is paid to spectrometric techniques, hyphenated techniques, chemical sensors and biosensors. An important part of the course is dedicated to (i) analytical data processing and evaluation, and (ii) interpretation of vibrational, mass and NMR spectra.

Metody výuky -
Poslední úprava: Řezanka Pavel doc. RNDr. Ing. Ph.D. (12.09.2023)
RNDr. Ing. Ph.D. (12.09.2023)
Teaching takes place using the flipped class method with an emphasis on activating elements during the lesson. Comprehension of the topics discussed is verified by continuous tests. Emphasis is placed on both soft and hard skills.
Požadavky ke zkoušce (Forma způsobu ověření studijních výsledků) -
Poslední úprava: Řezanka Pavel doc. RNDr. Ing. Ph.D. (12.09.2023)
4. V průběhu písemky není dovoleno opouštět místnost a používat nedovolené pomůcky včetně telekomunikačních prostředků.
5. Místo a čas zveřejnění výsledků písemné zkoušky bude oznámen během písemné zkoušky. Zkoušející určí, kdy a kde budou písemné práce k nahlédnutí. Pokud se student v tomto termínu nedostaví, vzdává se možnosti do hodnocení nahlédnout.
6. Student má právo na maximálně dva opravné termíny.

The course ends with a written exam.
1. The written exam lasts 60 minutes.
2. The student registers for the exam through the Study Information System (SIS) and it is the student's responsibility to register by the deadline specified here. Deregistration from the exam is possible until the date specified in the SIS, later only with the examiner, and only for serious reasons. In case of non-participation and non-registration, the term is forfeited and is classified as "F".
3. If you arrive late for the written exam, the examiner may allow you to write the paper, but the missed time will not be compensated.
4. During the exam, it is not allowed to leave the room and use unauthorized aids, including telecommunication devices.
5. The place and time of publication of the results of the written exam will be announced during the written exam. The examiner will determine when and where the written work will be available for inspection. If the student does not appear on this date, he gives up the opportunity to view the assessment.
6. The student has the right to a maximum of two correction dates.
